Shelf-to-person

Shelf-to-Person eliminates redundant walking of the picking workers, improving the accuracy of the picking, and reducing labor intensity. Compared to manual picking, the picking efficiency is improved by 2 to 3 times.
The Geek+ Shelf-to-Person solution uses P-series robots to move inventory shelves and pallets directly to the picking station, completely eliminating unnecessary walking for pickers.

The automated tote picking workstation stores totes on mobile shelves, which are transported by Shelf-to-Person robots to the PopPick station. The required tote is automatically retrieved and presented to the operator for quick and easy picking. The system also supports large items and full pallet picking, making it a versatile solution for handling storage and picking needs across all item sizes and categories.
